Michelle Tokarsky
Michelle Tokarsky obtained
a Bachelor of Science degree in 1987 from the Pennsylvania State
University. In 1993 Ms. Tokarsky graduated magma cum laude
from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she served as
Managing Editor of the Law Review. Ms. Tokarsky served as a
Permanent Master for the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County,
Pennsylvania from 1996 to 2000. During that time she heard complex
support, divorce and custody cases. She has experience in municipal
and zoning matters, estate planning, business transactions and
family law.
Attorney Tokarsky's clients
include a number of municipalities and authorities; automobile
dealers; defense contractors; specialty metal manufacturers; real
estate agents and developers; watershed associations; entities
engaged in historic preservation and the development of recreational
opportunities, both motorized and nonmotorized, in the Laurel
Highlands region. Ms. Tokarsky is a “soccer mom” to four children
and has been involved in motorcycling events, a NASCAR-sanctioned
stock car team, ATVs and RVing. Ms. Tokarsky is a partner in the
firm of Silverman, Tokarsky & Forman.
