Phyllis G. Forman received
a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business and
Management of the University of Maryland in 1983. Ms. Forman
graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1987. During law
school Ms. Forman served on the executive board of the Moot Court
Honor Society. Phyllis is licensed to practice law in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the State of New Jersey.
Ms. Forman began her career
as a tax attorney then moved to the area of insurance litigation.
Today, Ms. Forman’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of
motor vehicle liability, social security disability, products
liability, and premises liability. In addition, she concentrates in
the areas of business law and real estate, representing both buyers
and sellers in residential and commercial transactions.
Phyllis is a member of the
Pennsylvania and Cambria County Bar Associations. Ms. Forman is a
partner in the firm of Silverman, Tokarsky & Forman. When she is
not working as an attorney, Phyllis enjoys spending time with her
husband and their two children.
